When we arrived we were able to reach help and they very quickly got us the info and got us in. The space was very clean and modern and the location was great. "Loved our stay at this gorgeous condo. Communications and videos were very helpful. My one suggestion is to provide the narrow width of the drive up to the unit at the very start of the booking process because if we had a larger rental car we would never have made it up that driveway, especially the left after the overpass—very tight. We originally reserved a van but changed it to a smaller Peaugot at the last minute. Thank goodness we were able to do this! Other than that—everything was lovely...

Breakfast was comprehensive and enjoyable on the roof terrace. We had dinner in the restaurant and enjoyed the experience and tasting menu. But the best bit was the staff who were unfailingly attentive and friendly."

"-Great location, friendly staff and a lovely breakfast We stayed four nights with our toddler and would happily come back. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and the location couldn't be better: right in the centre of Stresa, with the ferry to the islands just outside the door and restaurants, cafés and the lakefront all a short walk away. Breakfast was included and was easy, quick and delicious, which made a real difference with a little one in tow. We stayed in two rooms during our trip. The lake view room on the third floor had a fantastic view over the lake. The second room faced the street at the back, which had its own appeal: you could feel the energy of the town in the evening. Two things worth knowing. Like some other reviewers have mentioned, the beds are on the firmer side. And for international travellers, the power outlets are the older-style European sockets, so your international charger might not fit. Bring an adapter that works with Italian sockets. Overall, a very good stay, and we'd recommend it."
