One-bedroom apartments, perfect for two adults and two children. Surrounded by gardens with native flora, the common areas invite relaxation, with a large chlorine pool offering views of the Mallorcan countryside, a children's pool, sunbeds, a barbecue, and furnished areas to unwind. The interior of the main building, with its elegant Mallorcan style and vaulted ceilings, houses a cozy common room, perfect for escaping the heat and enjoying a peaceful atmosphere.
The Premium apartments, located on the ground or first floor, are designed to offer maximum comfort and well-being. They feature a cozy bedroom with two single beds and a bright living room with a dining area, satellite TV, and a sofa bed for the little ones. The open-plan kitchen, connected to the living room, is equipped with induction cooking and all the basic kitchenware to cook with ease. Additionally, they include air conditioning, heating, and a private bathroom, ensuring perfect rest. The terrace, ideal for enjoying the outdoors, offers a relaxed atmosphere, though without individual privacy. The agritourism also has communal laundry facilities and, if you are travelling with a baby, we provide a cot and highchair for your comfort.
The location of Sa Franquesa Vella is perfect for those who wish to discover the island’s authentic agricultural life. Vilafranca de Bonany, a picturesque village, offers all the necessary services for an independent stay, such as supermarkets, bars, and restaurants. Nearby, you can explore other charming villages like Petra and Manacor. The nearest beaches are on the east coast, with Calas de Mallorca being the closest, as well as other beautiful beaches such as Cala Mendia, Cala Romántica, and the impressive Cala Varques.
Up to two children up to 16 years old can stay for a supplement. Enjoy a delicious breakfast for an additional cost, available from Easter to November bank holiday, from 8:30 am to 10:30 am. Thanks to our self check-in system, you can access your room easily and without waiting, as we only have online reception. For your convenience, we offer a change of sheets and towels every four nights, although daily cleaning is not provided. The images shown may not accurately reflect the flat assigned to you.

Nos ha encantado!
Estuvimos alojados en Sa Franquesa Vella, cerca de Manacor y nos ha encantado! El lugar es tranquilo, limpio y precioso. La piscina y el entorno geniales, son pocas habitaciones con lo que siempre hay sitio en la piscina. Las habitaciones cuentan con todo lo necesario y el personal es muy atento y agradable, aunque el alojamiento no cuenta con recepción, están pendientes de sus huéspedes.

Appartamento bello in un contesto stupendo con piscina che da sulle colline. Location stupenda a 30 min massimo di auto dalle spiagge più belle dell'isola e dal centro di Palma. Ci ritornerò di sicuro.
