"Front desk staff were exceptional. Assisted us with any and all local inquiries. The rest of staff were extremely pleasant and friendly at all times. The room was clean and comfortable with a fantastic view. Only one complaint is that there was no dresser to put clothes away. For our 5 day stay, the closet was insufficient. The breakfast was fantastic with many options to choose from "

"Exellent hotel for those looking a nice quiet stay in beautiful Mallorca, staff were lovely and helpful, can Pastilla is perfect for a relaxing time near the city, easy access to the airport and the city centre, had looked at hotels in s'Arenal but glad I didn't go there much more crowded, busy and noisey. Only poor part of the hotel was the indoor pool, gym and sauna/steam room area, sauna/steam room is literally only big enough for 2/3 people you could squeeze in five I suppose but would not be very comfortable or nice and they charge €12 to use either which is a bit over the top for what it is tbh, indoor pool is small and the tilimg is patchy and in need of some renovation but still usable. Overall a nice hotel, quiet, good food and a block from the beach, 2 mins walk, I would be happy to go back."
