"We enjoyed our stay. The units are spacious and very clean. An open courtyard is available for use. The location is excellent for exploring Ponta Delgado. The garage is a great benefit if you rent a car."

"Very clean, quiet, small apartment for a couple. You will need a car. Although we never met the managers, we left behind a small purse containing a substantial amount of Canadian money, which we didn't even miss until we landed back in Canada. It showed up in our mailbox, fully intact, a couple of weeks later. You can't ask for better service than that !"

"My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. I appreciated being able to do my laundry easily with the machine in the garage and the estendal in the closet. It was very close to universidade do Açores, which we needed. But also close to other more tourist things like the seaside and the beautiful church. Really the only thing I didn’t like is the bathroom doesn’t have a fan for ventilation, but very small since you’re not in a bathroom for very long anyways."
