The apartment "58 STUDIO", is located at Rua do Rato, nº 58, city of Ribeira Grande, island of S. Miguel, Azores. It is the perfect accommodation for a stress-free vacation with your loved ones, due to its location in a very quiet area. The 41 m² property consists of a living/sleeping area, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom, and can accommodate up to 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, dehumidifier, and air conditioning. A baby crib is also available. Attached to the apartment, there is a shared laundry room. There is also a terrace and a covered outdoor picnic/dining area, a garden with chairs and loungers for relaxing, and a barbecue grill, (these areas are also shared). Parking is inside the property and is free of charge. Pets are not allowed, smoking is not allowed in the enclosed spaces, and events are not allowed.
Please note that a tourist tax applies for a maximum of 3 nights, only individuals over 13 years old are charged, residents do not pay.
