Imagine yourself having a goshawk eye over the shimmering ocean waters bathing the beach while having a tasty breakfast made of local delicacies. Or watching the dramatic fiery sunsets seen from our top-floor apartment's windows and stunning terrace while tasting an evening cocktail... because this can be just the beginning of a memorable holiday.

Tastefully decorated and offering a homely, comfortable indoor, it comprises a living room with a sofa bed (sleeping 2) in front of a charming fireplace. Passing next to a bright glass door facing the terrace, you arrive at the bedroom with a queen-size comfortable bed.

Our apartment is bewitching and homely, with a fully equipped kitchen with all amenities and a table for light meals. It also has a bathroom where you can enjoy a bubbly soak in the bathtub. The outdoor area comprises a terrace with majestic views, where you can sip cocktails at sunset or watch the ocean and the striking Azores sky at night.

You’ll have a free garage parking spot during your stay, as well as access to the tennis court if you’d like to play. Please note, however, that the shared swimming pool will be closed for the next two months due to renovation work in the condominium.

On the ground floor, there is a Restaurant and grill, a pizzeria, two cafés, and a surf shop. They serve delicacies from breakfast to dinner and cocktails at night!

The beachfront Pópulo Building, built in the 90s, is the highest in the area in front of the charming Milícias Beach.
Outside the building's entrance, you have a beautiful beach promenade to enjoy.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

São Miguel, the largest island in the Azores archipelago, is a haven of lush landscapes, volcanic lakes, and coastal charm. Often called “The Green Island,” it offers a perfect blend of natural beauty and cultural richness. From the stunning crater lakes of Sete Cidades and Lagoa do Fogo to the geothermal wonders of Furnas, São Miguel is made for nature lovers and explorers.

The island is dotted with charming towns like Ponta Delgada, where historic streets meet modern cafés, markets, and a vibrant marina. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the scenic hiking trails, black sand beaches, hot springs, and whale-watching opportunities. With its peaceful villages, friendly locals, and breathtaking views around every corner, São Miguel is a tranquil and unforgettable escape.

Within less than 1km, you have two supermarkets, an ATM, a health centre, and a church.

The best way to get to the property is by car.

Ponta Delgada Airport is just 10 minutes away.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 4 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
