Very comfortable 3 bedroom house with 3 double beds ideal for relaxing and resting.
Ideal for those who want privacy and quiet.
They have access to 2 bathrooms, kitchen with appliances, fully furnished and equipped, living and dining room, barbecue, 2 car garage, internet and cable TV channels. Situated near the metro (about 3 minutes walk) and other services.
The house is close to the Villazur Restaurant (Great restaurant with delicious traditional Portuguese food).
The beach is a 10-minute walk away and Vila do conde town is right next door.

A casa estava em ótimo estado tirando alguns detalhes com insetos com os quais lidámos facilmente na nossa estadia. Espaço muito agradável e perto da praia, bastante calmo.

The house has a lot of MOULD issues This property should not be leased, in our country it is illegal to hire houses with mould issues such as this house My whole family was sick, we had no choice but to stay there as in August it’s very hard to find another property.

Guter Zustand angesichts billiger Miete

Angesichts der billigen Miete ist das Haus in einem guten Zustand. Neben überraschend guten Teilen (weitgehend modern eingerichtete Küche) finden sich auch viele eher heruntergekommene Möbelstücke. Negativ war zudem, dass das Haus z.T. dreckig war und erst geputzt werden musste und dass die Badezimmer mieften. Das Haus befindet sich in einer eher schäbigen Umgebung, allerdings ist die U-Bahn Station nur 100m entfernt und auch zu Fuß ist man schnell in Vila Do Conde oder am Strand, sodass, wenn man etwas von der Gegend sehen will, dies nicht allzu schlimm ist. Das Haus hat für 6 Leute ausreichend Platz, die Schlafzimmer sind in einem guten Zustand und das WLAN hat eine erstaunlich hohe Übertragungsrate. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Propreté dans la villa

Malgré l'apparence d'une villa récente la propreté intérieure était inacceptable, une literie sale et inconfortable, le mauvais état des fauteuils du salon le tout dans une odeur de moisi nauséabonde. Nous avons été obligé de faire le ménage complet y compris la salle de bain et les WC tellement le moisi sentait mauvais, bref a notre arrivée le ménage n'avais pas été fait. Il restait de la nourriture sous les fauteuils déchirés du salon et le téléviseur ne recevait aucune chaine. Bref une grande déception malgré une action rapide du responsable pour remplacer les draps sales et les taies d'oreiller a la dernière minute. Bref nous sommes vraiment déçu par cette location et nous mentionnerons notre avis.

Esta genial para lo que necesite, amplia y cómoda y la zona preciosa.

Nosotros hemos estado conociendo esta zona por estar en un punto medio entre Oporto, Braga, y el Aeropuerto. Tuvimos la facilidad de trasladarnos a las ciudades con rapidez y sin atascos porque tiene una Autopista fluida. Vila do Conde es una ciudad preciosa con todo lo necesario y esta a 2 min. La casa esta linda, es amplia, segura y tiene todo lo que se necesita. La señal del Internet esta buena porque eramos 5 personas conectadas. Estábamos a 10 min. del Aeropuerto pues uno de nosotros debía coger un vuelo y sin problema. Espero volver algún día, porque tiene playas cerca , y la zona de garage y barbacoa estan bonitas y con mucho espacio. Gracias y suerte.

Perfecta

Una casa muy bonita, recién renovada, con aparcamiento privado, patio para hacer barbacoa, una gran cocina con todos los utensilios para cocinar, habitaciones luminosas y con buen colchón. A 3min andando de la parada del metro que te lleva a oporto y a 15-20min andando de la playa. Sin duda alguna mi familia y yo pasamos una gran estancia allí, repetiriamos sin dudarlo.
