The views were beautiful. I loved the decor of the room, modern, clean and comfortable. Shops are a 5 minute drive away.

Beautiful appartment. Very well appointed. Laundry was a bonus

Great location and the restaurant was very good

Great experience overall Beautiful food option

Good sized room and bathroom. New with modern decor and nice rural view.

Fabulous stylish budget option close to Vik, easy to explore east and west from. Very welcome relief from the massive price tag that does with exploring Iceland but still so comfortable, safe and enjoyable. Staff were all lovely and helpful. The facilities are all beautifully appointed. The dorm rooms have incredibly comfortable high quality mattresses and linen, with black out curtains and storage areas… charges and lighting in each pod…our dorm was full and yet everyone was so quiet and...

CUte cottages in a great location . We loved the layout but found there was not really anywhere for our bags so they stayed in the kitchen / wouldn’t be great for a longer stay

The hotel is clean, quiet, and in an excellent location. The breakfast offers a good variety of fresh fruit and cold cuts. I would suggest also including plain, unsweetened yoghurt, as during our stay only sweetened yoghurt was available.Overall, we had a wonderful experience and really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Great Accommodation! Our room was spacious, very clean and modern furnishings. Beds were very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff were fantastic and the food was amazing! Would definitely recommend to others and I will stay here again.

This was a lovely and secluded farmhouse located right between Skogafoss and Vik that made for a perfect stopover on our trip. We got here at 10 pm after seeing Reykjavik and the Golden Circle. We called reception in advance and they very kindly made alternative arrangements to check us in and we got in with no hassle. We got to take a quick visit to Skogafoss at 6:30 am the following day and made it back in time for a lovely breakfast. The view is also excellent from here. Would love to stay...

We loved our stay here and wish it was longer! Homemade chocolate cake and cookies on offer. Board games my 7 year old loved and quirky, fun room (the old haystack). It had everything we needed and the views from the apartment cant be beat!

Food was amazing along with the service of the staff.

Amazing place to stay, we will definitely be back

The staff were helpful, the room although small was warm and comfortable.the restaurant was great for breakfast and dinner.we had access to a laundry so we could do some washing.

The double beds are huge, they felt more like king size. We were only there overnight but check in was easy, the amenities were clean and there were so many separate bathrooms scattered throughout the building - never had to wait for one. The kitchen was large with plenty of space. Note that the hostel is further off the main road than we thought, the road is fairly well maintained inred but it is gravel for 6km or so to get there. Also pizza on site but not much other food around.

Contactless check in didnt work. We had to make a call to get the correct code to access the property. Once i side the hotel was nicely presented with free tea and coffee and breakfast. Nice place to stay and really close to the waterfall.
