Staff very friendly and helpful. Lobby area and breakfast is very good. Location excellent.
I selected a single room as I was traveling solo and the room was very small and dark on the lowest level of the hotel. I would not have selected this room had I known this situation. Next time I would select a double room. Just an FYI. I was so busy seeing the sites I didn’t spend much time there so it was not a problem. Overall I would recommend this hotel

First time I stayed at a no-reception hotel. I liked that my room was close to the elevator and right next to the common fridge/cooler.
The blonde younger girl at the restaurant who was by herself during breakfast rudely yelled at me “NO!” when I approached the breakfast area thinking it wasn’t 7 AM yet (it was 7:02 on my watch). When she realized she was wrong she laughed to herself but didn’t apologize. Appreciate the no-fee hotel parking.

This might be the nicest hotel we’ve stayed in. We got the quadruple room, with the second floor loft. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet was plentiful. Property was in great shape. There are restaurants, shopping, and a grocery store a short walk away. Highly recommend.

Fantastic location just outside of Vic. Easy and close access to the black sand beach. Beautiful, super modern, large, very well appointed suites. Short walk to the bar in the main building. I wish there was a restaurant at the main building, but overall still a great place to stay.
