"The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. We checked in outside of office hours and the whole process was very easy. We only spoke through e-mail but the staff was polite and efficient. "

"Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable. Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement par Carl, le gardien, dès notre arrivée. Notre chambre était parfaite : super propre, confortable, et avec un balcon privé offrant une vue magnifique ! La propriété est très bien entretenue et tellement belle qu’on a l’impression d’être dans un véritable décor hivernal féerique. Nous avons séjourné dans le pavillon principal, mais les nombreux chalets semblaient également très invitants. La piscine était géniale, avec une eau chaude et propre. Nous étions les seuls sur place, alors nous avons allumé la télévision, nagé un peu et joué au billard ensuite. Le lendemain, on nous a servi un délicieux petit déjeuner léger dans la salle à manger commune. Le pavillon est magnifiquement décoré et dégage une ambiance très chaleureuse. Nous reviendrons certainement pendant les saisons plus chaudes pour redécouvrir cet endroit, et peut-être même nous baigner dans la rivière Sacacomie qui traverse le domaine. Hautement recommandé !"

"Actual chalet was lovely. Overall the place looked "tired", but was acceptable. There was no air-conditioning; only one fan in the loft that did not cool the entire place. It was a hot weekend. We could not spend time outdoors due to the hundreds of ladybugs outside (outside your control). The hot tub was a treat. Bathrooms: no handsoap at the sink in master bathroom. No shampoo or shower gel or soap in tub area and shower stall. One hairdryer in main bathroom that did NOT work. No hairdryer in other washroom. We had a wedding to attend and had to go buy one in town!!The kitchen area, though large and appearing to have all the basics was the area of most disappointment. No drip coffee machine! The stove top espresso machine was a treat until we realized there was the filter part was missing which made it essentially unusable! The "automatic" espresso machine was a treat until we made coffee. Not sure what the issue is...maybe it needs to be cleaned. It kept producing bitter coffee. Again, we had to resort to our own means for coffee. The 4 slice toaster produced 2 burnt slices and 2 didn't work. The cookie sheet was so old and disgusting, it was virtually unusable. Provide foil paper or get a new one! Only 1 measuring cup. Provide entire set.With some updates and refreshing, we would return."

"The chalet was incredible. Very quite neighborhood. Beautiful surrounding. The chalet is well equipped, it has everything to make yourself, you are at home. Also has a big deck with an afternoon sun. Even met Louis for a short time, had a nice chat with him, he is a great host. I would definitely recommend this cottage if you are looking for a peace and quite. Thank you Louis for hosting us in your chalet!"
