"The hotel is understaffed resulting in poor service - and common areas as well as the rooms are outdated and in desperate need of modernization. The lobby could be great , but why is the fireplace not working? Same at the spa , why was the fire pit area not functioning/ in use? The entire experience is so underwhelming that we would not consider returning- unless there is a change in management and vision for the better."

Also has a big deck with an afternoon sun. Even met Louis for a short time, had a nice chat with him, he is a great host.
