"Everything about this place is amazing. Front desk staff and waiters and waitresses go above and beyond. The only negative is shuttle runs every hour (we came in July) and not directly on beach, but they do have a pool with amazing views. I would definitely go back!!"

"The property is very clean, the staff was excellent, they were all very friendly, accommodations and went above and beyond for us. My husband uses a mobility scooter and they made him an accessible ramp the very next day after we arrived to make the area more accessible. They are currently renovating the property to make it more Handicapp accessible to the pool and beach area. The staff made the beach and pool area accessible for my husband by carrying his mobility scooter up to the pool area and down to the beach/dock area to make all areas of the hotel accessible for him to enjoy. This hotel is amazing, the location, the view, and the staff make this place paradise. We had an amazing stay here at the Grand Hotel Europa of Sorrento."
