Nous devions prendre un bus pour une visite de la baie de Ha Long à 7h et avons choisi cet hôtel comme point de rendez-vous, car nous voulions y être déposés après la visite, pour y passer une nuit après la tournée. Nous avions nos bagages dans la rue en attendant et ĐA nous a accueillis et nous a permis de laisser nos bagages là pendant que nous prenions un petit-déjeuner avant d'être pris en charge. Ils se sont souvenus de nous à notre retour et ont été très amicaux et serviables pendant tout le séjour."

"Soho bar on 12th floor has great views of the city, Maili was a friendly face who greeted us daily with a smile and helped to arrange our trips and make sure we were on the right bus each morning. The rooms were clean, not too noisy but choose carefully as with a neighbour view room we were in the middle of the hotel but could still hear traffic in the mornings! Breakfast had a good selection but was busy at times, location is very close to train street and walkable to night market and lake and lots of shopping. Good value for money hotel"
