Great location, parking
Very clean, only dishes for two?, coffee provided, comfortable sofas/recliners, very wonky pathway to the entrance made of slippery interior grade marble slabs, very comfy bed.

Everything was great at the property. It is a basement apartment, very quiet with a separate entrance. It is very private and roomy with a small kitchen and bath. We definitely hope to stay again. Jan & Randy Lawrence.

Great location and accommodation for a short stay
The suite is very clean and looks out upon a garden. The neighbourhood is quiet, safe, and a short drive to many amenities. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen was fine for our needs. Extra tea towels would be appreciated as there is not a dishwasher in the suite. Written instructions for the TV would have been helpful re: Netflix and other streaming accounts. We would book again. Thank you

Great place to stay.
Enjoyed staying at this property. Clean, great location for us. Would stay here again. Would have been nice to have a toaster and instructions as to how to use the tv. Other than that it was very good!

Very close to Royal Jubilee Hospital
Very comfortable stay. Exactly what we needed. Just one thing that maybe a little sign would help…. The taps in the shower are backwards. You need to turn on the cold to get hot. Other than that it was clean and comfortable and close to the hospital which is what we needed.

Great place near UVic and Oak Bay
This spot was perfect for us. We needed to be near both UVic and Oak Bay and easily walked and/or drove to both. The accommodations were very comfortable and exceeded our expectations. We especially liked having the two comfortable couches for reading and hanging out. Altogether a very nice spot.

This was a quiet ground level suite below the owner’s? accommodation. It was convenient to Royal Jubilee Hospital. The two rooms were clean, except around the edges. It would have been nice to see a person, but everything was in place for entry and the stay. No word on how to leave things, so we locked up and put the key where we found it.

This property was exactly as described, a clean suite in a nice neighborhood. Management was easy to communicate with. Well-priced, we will definitely look to stay here again! Note to renters: hot and cold water in the shower handle are reversed. Most people would figure that out but my teenager thought there was no hot water :) Highly recommended!!!

Very clean, great location, great communication. The illuminated door lock was difficult to see with the sun on it, the walkway was a little difficult for my elderly mother. Overall it’s a great place to stay and we would recommend to family and friends

A walkable area of Victoria neighbourhood, Oak Bay.
Located in a walkable very nice and quiet older neighbourhood with classic well kept older homes, near parks and not far from the village of Oak Bay. A little bit of a walk, but worth it, to walk along the ocean front, through the villages where you will find great food and classic old pubs
