A part of the recently constructed Cityzen Building, this suite provides guests with the perfect blend of home-style comfort and modern city convenience, including an in-suite washer-dryer, cooking essentials, sofa couch for two extra people, bathroom heated floors, high-speed internet and a lovely outdoor balcony for morning coffee.



The Space:

90 day rental minimum in Victoria. The master bedroom provides ample closet space and a comfortable queen bed topped with professionally clean and pressed bedding. The suite has an open-concept layout that drapes the living area, allowing the living and dining areas to be in natural light. Moreover, the kitchen is fully equipped with premium stainless steel appliances and all cooking essentials. Those looking for leisure can take advantage of the suites Smart-TV, which grants them access to various streaming services, or guests can simply relax while watching the world go by from the secluded, intimate balcony. We also have a sleep sofa for two additional people. Our lovely suite was designed with comfort in mind and we are thrilled to share this wonderful space with you.

Please note: construction has commenced across the street from our unit and workers will be present during the morning and day as they are constructing a new building. Noise will be present as a result.

[1] Cleaning Service: Guests rest easy with the knowledge Clean Slate Victoria professionally services this space. This professional cleaning service provides outstanding care and attention to detail with enhanced cleaning protocols, granting guests extra peace of mind.



[2] Parking Information: Guests can choose from the Bastion Square Parkade (575 Yates St) or Centennial Parkade (645 Fisgard St) for convenient, nearby parking options. Both parkades also offer free parking from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. We recommend downloading and using the Park Victoria App to simplify the payment process and avoid the hassle of using a meter.



[3] Construction Notice: Guests should be aware that Victoria is a growing city, and there is building construction next door, which guests will hear throughout the day during specific times. This is at the end of the building phase, and most of the building is complete.



Please note that there is a project being built across the street. It is in the beginning phases of construction with minimal noise throughout the week.
