"Friendly staff, clean rooms, and good parking. Hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the train station where you can take the cable car up to the old city. Best if you have a car since there is free parking below the train station and you’ll need to take the cable car into the old city. Breakfast is fair and available daily. Sound travels from the hallway as well as the street below, esp if you have your window open. AC is in the room but seemed to be hard to modify and the room stayed warm....

"I couldn't have dreamed up a more idyllic Tuscan villa. It was like a living in a dream that we didn't want to end. Our host Valerio was so helpful, kind, and welcoming. The home was impeccably clean, charming, cozy and very spacious. We didn't have a car so we ventured out during the day using a hired taxi driver and stayed in at night and prepared delicious meals in the kitchen using fresh local ingredients we brought, drank our Montepulciano wine and thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after dinner. I would highly recommend a private, chef-prepared dinner by Walter. An unforgettable experience with five courses, each one better than the next somehow! It was so hard to leave but we will be back without a doubt! We will stay longer next time and definitely rent a car to get around more easily."

The rooms were very nice, comfortable, spacious and wonderful views over the countryside. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the morning breakfast everything was delicious. We also had dinner in their restaurant one night and that was a wonderful presentation and delicious, great service. We didn't use the pool or spa services, but they looked nice and wished we had more time there to use them."
