"Our key card didn’t work and we waited for the employee to get back to his desk for about 5 minutes. We got up into the room and there was not a shower curtain. We tried to call down to the desk and the phone in the room was broken, so we used our own. No biggy. He said he’d be up with one in a couple minutes, after about 30 minutes we called again and then it was brought up within 10 minutes. We were also told that the pool /hot tub was not working."

"We were surprised how great it was for the price we paid! Clean, remodelled bathroom, no smells, full breakfast, even a pool that was not advertised. Will definitely stay again when passing through Fargo. "

"The property was very nice. We love the restaurant. Everything was beautiful there unfortunately we did have a problem with our toilet the next morning and it took him two hours to come up and fix it so we had to go to the lobby to go to the bathroom and that was the thing we did not like."

"We had 2 nights already booked there on line Had to go down 2 times to get a different room ! First room somebody was already still staying in there ! Then they gave us a diferent room card it never worked ! 3rd card different room water so slow for the shower and sink ! Beds not good ! The second night the phone rings while we are sleeping ! No staying there anymore ! "

"While we were there remodeling was taking place. A new desk table was brought in, but wasn't much different then the old one. The colors are dull in all the areas, which in my opinion is depressing as I like bright inviting colors. The desk chair was broken, the toilet seat was broken, there was an empty wine bottle in a cupboard and the main lobby was cluttered with boxes and new and old furniture. The hot tub was nice, but the switch wasn't working for the jets and the pool with slide is nice, but the water was cold. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good."
