We like the location, the cleanliness, and also the staff; they are always polite & professional. This was our 3rd time staying here and we will continue to book when we are coming to Fargo. Would like to see some better breakfast options, though.

I travel a lot and this one is top 3 for me! The rooms were super clean, well taken care of and everything was well placed. Those are the most important things for us so we were happy! A few things that could be worked on: The parking was a bit strange as we were told we had to touch our tires to the curb or we might get towed. The breakfast was good in theory, with healthy real food options, but was mostly out the first morning and never replenished in the 30 minutes I sat there. The second morning it was all dried out and over cooked. The French toast was so hard we couldn’t cut it with a butter knife. The coffee was always empty and every morning we had to ask for it to be refilled. One morning she refilled it right away, and another, we waited for 15 minutes and she seemed busy with an other admin tasks so we left and bought coffee else where. Overall, we enjoyed the room and would absolutely stay again.

Had reservations since July 24, went to check in and room not ready. my friends rooms were ready?? was this because I booked out of Hotels.com?? When we got back from dinner they gave me this very large, what seemed to be a handicap room and there was something pinging, so had to call operator. Said probably the dishwasher, so shut it and it went through a full cycle. Air conditioning fine, parking fine, bed comfortable.

Front desk was very welcoming, offering services. Greeted me nicely, saw that I was a rewards member, offered and gave me complimentary water bottles, said have a good night. Clean well lit area, with pool/exercise amenities. Very welcoming color scheme and lighting.
