Our room and bathroom were very clean. The shower was confusing. There were 2 shower heads and 2 controls but they didn’t seem to work independently and it was very difficult to get the right temperature. The pool and hot tub area looked neglected and had 2 very large and VERY noisy industrial fans set up so that experience was not relaxing. The outside door nearest us had wires instead of a lock so we couldn’t use our room card to get in. I would not choose to stay here again

Breakfast was basically out of everything even though we were down very early. Our room was dirty upon arrival and the hole hotel was in very bad shape. Staff was quiet and seemed kind of in a mood. Pool was terribly dirty and nasty looking. Two of my children got rashes from the hotel as well. Very bad stay, will not stay again and it recommended to anybody
