Lovely modern style apartment just steps from the Arena and the famous home of Juliet and Romeo, stands the "Residenza Arena".
Here you can stay quietly for tourism, business and why not ... for a romantic evening!
The house is modern, the rooms are tastefully furnished, have wooden flooring, tv and free wifi and share a nice bathroom equipped with linen and comfort for the person.
The Residence can accommodate up to 4 people!!
At guests' disposal there is a nice kitchen equipped with all the comforts where you can have breakfast.

Hot Verno

The description of the property says that tha apartment is air conditioned. Including the book at the property says the guest has use of air conditioning. When we inquired how to turn on the air conditioner we were told the apartment did not have air conditioning. We would not have booked an appointment in July with out air conditioning. It was about 89 degrees each day we were there and the bedroom was the hotest room in the place. It was very hard to sleep. And we couldn't really eat in the apartment as it was to hot. The apartment itself was nice but i would not stay there in the summer when it is hot.

Great location

This is a nice, secure compact apartment in a great location to have easy walking access to the arena for an opera, the historic part of the city and numerous restaurants and cafes. Our host was very gracious and responsive.
