Julia's House - A Central & Cozy Apartment!

A cosy 40-square-meter apartment located on the ground floor (access via steps), accommodating up to 3 people.

The apartment is located in the heart of city centre Verona (ZTL), just a 2-minute walk from Piazza delle Erbe and a 14-minute walk from the Verona Arena! The area offers all the main amenities: bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and a pharmacy.



The interior consists of a bedroom, a living room with a kitchenette, and a bathroom.



The apartment is located on the ground floor: you must climb 10 steps to reach an inner courtyard, from which you enter the apartment (one step).



The interior layout is as follows:

- BEDROOM: double bed, closet, desk with chair;

- LIVING ROOM with a small sofa, TV, and table with chairs;

- KITCHENETTE with a gas hob, refrigerator with freezer, moka pot, dishwasher, electric kettle, microwave, various kitchen utensils, wine glasses, and a Dyson fan;

- BATHROOM with shower and toilet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: independent heating, fan, soundproof windows, safe, iron and ironing board, clothesline, hair dryer, washing machine.



PLEASE NOTE: There is no air conditioning in the apartment.



Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the tourist tax owed to the City of Verona.



Please note: Completing the registration and paying the tourist tax is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and gain access to the apartment



The apartment has a self-check-in system, so you’ll be able to access the apartment on your own using the personal code we’ll provide on the day of your arrival—but only after you’ve filled out an online form with your information, which we’re required by law to record.



We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the “Alloggiati Web” police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

. Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

ESummer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which systems may be turned on and the daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

The apartment is located in the historic district of Verona, a city of history, culture, and social life, designated an UNESCO World Heritage Site. It is famous worldwide as the home of Romeo and Juliet, but it also has much more to offer: from its vibrant opera scene to traditional food and wine, both the city and its surrounding areas are rich in cultural treasures. It is a place of great traditions that you won’t want to miss.

Don’t miss the centrally located Piazza Bra, where you can admire the ancient walls of the Verona Arena—which hosts one of Europe’s most famous opera festivals every year—and the Portoni della Bra.

The city’s many other monuments can be reached by a pleasant stroll along the Adige River.

Castelvecchio, for example, is the city’s most imposing monument, and the Roman Theatre of Verona—where theatrical performances still take place during the warmer months—are both just a few dozen minutes’ walk from the Arena. However, a visit to Verona isn’t complete without seeing Juliet’s house and her famous balcony, made world-famous by the tragic love storey of Romeo and Juliet.

- From Verona Valerio Catullo Airport, the easiest and fastest way to reach the apartment is by taxi, which takes 21 minutes.

Alternatively, you can take bus No. 199 “Stazione Porta Nuova E1” and ride to the “Verona Stazione Fs - E1,” then transfer to bus No. 21 to the “Via Diaz 2” stop, just a 7-minute walk away.



- From the Verona Porta Nuova station, you can reach the apartment by public transport: take bus No. 61 to the “Via Diaz 2” stop, which is a 7-minute walk from the apartment.



- If you’re travelling by car, you can park for free in the white-lined spaces (NOT GUARANTEED) on the streets adjacent to the property or for a fee at the “AMT3 S.p.A.” car park on Piazza Francesco Viviani, just a 5-minute walk from the apartment.
