Erika was an excellent host! Super friendly, accommodating and communicative. As a solo female traveler safety is a big thing and I felt completely fine and comfortable in her apartment. The apartment felt like I was at home. Very cosy. It was immaculate! So so clean and had everything I needed inside for my two night stay. The location was superb too as I wanted to be right in the centre. Highly recommend and would stay again when I come back, thank you! :)

Cute apartment, in a lovely location. Great communication from Erika, the Owner. Although the apartment is a little dated, there was everything you could possibly need, and the cleaning was exceptional. The only negative was the photo of the balcony, there is a balcony, but no table and chairs, perhaps this was because the weather, hadn’t been good. All in all, a lovely stay, thankyou Erika.

The accommodation was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Everything worked and our stay was without any problems or issues. Our host replied promptly throughout the booking process to answer any queries and provided clear and comprehensive directions.The property was extremely well located and just a couple of minutes away from the Roman Arena which really made our stay there so memorable.We would certainly stay here again on another visit to Verona which is a lovely city.

Lovely rental in the heart of Verona.

This charming property is clean, well maintained, and close to everything. The host is wonderful, prompt response time, and very helpful with any questions or concerns. I would definitely recommend this property if you are looking for a place to stay in close walking distance of historical land marks and great restaurants.

Excellent apartment just 5 minutes from the Arena and a host of dining options. Good facilities in the apartment, very comfortable. Housed in a secure courtyard. Would definitly use again in preference to a hotel.

Did really like the spiral staircase and I don’t recall it in the advertisement but possibly it was there. I thought the balcony was looking onto street but it was looking onto parking area so a bit disappointed there. The place was clean and well equipped

Perfect location and super clean

This location could not be more perfect. It was extremely close to everything you could possibly want to see in Verona. It’s in city center but somehow very quiet and peaceful at night. The check in process was easy and the host, very responsive. It was also spotless inside. 10/10 recommend.

The property was in a fantastic location with the Arena, Juliet's balcony and much more just a short walk away. We recommend hitting up Amaro for a cocktail or coffee, it is right down the street. As for the apartment it was very clean and had all the amenities we needed, we even cooked one night. The owner was fantastic to deal with and very helpful. The only comment I would say to those think of renting if you’re not good with a spiral staircase this might not be the place for you but if you are it is a great place.

Downtown Haven with Plenty of Space

Overall a very enjoyable stay. The instructions were excellent, the pamphlets were helpful (the Giusti Gardens and Guerrero Rizzardi Winery were both excellent recommendations), the location is unbeatable (within two blocks of the arena and on the only Old City road that is not part of the LTZ), and the premises was peaceful and quiet. The spiral staircase and small balcony were nice extras. Thank you once more!

The check-in was extremely easy, as were all instructions that were left within the apartment. The location cannot be better to the city center, you are actually within the walls. You can park on the street for €2 per hour or you can park approximately 700 m away for €20 per day. The street is fairly quiet, as is the apartment itself. We had excellent sleep because of how quiet it was. The only thing I would mention is that for some, unless you are used to Italian apartments, this apartment does have an older smell to it and is a tiny bit dated. The apartment itself was super clean, I would only suggest that the host cover the couch with a blanket as there are a few stains on the material. This is the same couch that opens up into a bed, so it makes it a little less appealing. I would have loved to have used the washing machine, but it didn’t make sense to buy an entire box of laundry detergent for a two day day. All other cleaning products are available, so it would’ve been nice to have this in the cabinet where the washing machine was. That’s just a small detail that is not really important, it’s just an idea. Overall, if the little things that I mentioned, don’t bother you, this is an excellence place to stay. Oh, and as another guest mentioned, the stairway is very narrow to the bedroom, so you should expect to leave your luggage downstairs, and don’t forget to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Lovely spot in the heart of the Old City of Verona

This clean and comfortable apartment offers everything you need as a home base while exploring the beautiful old city of Verona. Anyone with mobility issues could not manage the tight spiral staircase, but the main floor has a pull-out couch and bathroom. So, no need to scale the stairs. We enjoyed an aperitif on the little balcony overlooking the courtyard.

The apartment is quiet and comfortable. From the property it is easy to walk around the historic centre of Verona and if visiting the Arena it is only a short walk. There is also a good supermarket a few minutes walk away. The apartment is in a lovely building, was very secure, has a small, but pretty balcony and was clean with good air conditioning. The host was very helpful and easy to contact. When we discovered there was no corkscrew she quickly provided one! Check in and out communication was very good. A very pleasant and convenient place to stay in lovely Verona.

City break

Stayed for 3 nights, 2 adults and 2 teens age 17. The property is very close to the main arena in the Old Town. Location could not be any better. The apartment has everything you need, albeit a little dated, but it has charm. Bed pillows were very flat and only one each so no ability to adjust to suit your preference. The stairs to the bedroom are spiral, which may be tricky for the very young or frail. Water pressure was low in the showers and water did not filter well in the sinks. Didn't spoil the break though. Sofa bed was apparently very comfortable and it was really good to have 2 bathrooms. We would visit again and recommend for people who aren't too fussy about these minor things. Very good value for money!

Not a safe property for seniors, physically challenged, or obese guests

The property was very clean and well located. there is a/c upstairs for sleeping, and a foldable sleeper couch downstairs. The biggest problem is a narrow circular metal staircase that is difficult for a couple in their late seventies, and would also be problematic for an obese guest. We had to leave our suitcases on the ground floor; we could not safely carry them upstairs. The living area upstairs has a large armoire but few flat surfaces downstairs so we were unable to unpack in any kind of orderly way. The tile floors may be slippery. kitchen is fairly large for an Italian apartment, but only small amounts of basic cooking spices, etc., so be prepared to bring your own. no kitchen towels but plenty of paper towels.

The location of this property is everything. It’s a large space with 2 full bathrooms. There is no air conditioning downstairs in this heatwave and the fan isn’t sufficient. The bedroom air conditioning up stairs is great but if you have large suitcases or elderly I would not recommend upstairs. Pull out couch needs upgrade. Host, clean, space, location all 10/10.
