The fully equipped kitchen comes with a stove, oven, over-the-counter convectional microwave oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster, blender, pots & pans, cooking/eating utensils, iron, ironing board, ice-bucket, wine glasses, and an extra kitchenette bar with 2 chairs. Large-size dining table seating with 8 dining chairs. You'll have everything you need to cook up a storm and entertain guests.

The Resort's restaurants are open to the public; Sam Snead Tavern & Azur, both adjacent to the courses. The Clubhouse features a restaurant and bar serving quality breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a casual country club atmosphere.

Pool Access
While the community pool is under renovations. We recommend to Indulge in All-Inclusive Resort Pass -Experience the ultimate day at Bay Resort from $95/adult or $48/child, 10 am-5 pm: Infinity Pool, Hot tub, Splash Park, Lounge chairs/daybeds, open bar, lunch buffet. Inquire for availability and details. Subject to availability/rate changes.

NOTE - HOUSE RULES:
• For any extended or far-out stays: If you plan on traveling Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday or Friday to Saturday or over any special event or Holidays or Christmas through Easter or any other peak/shoulder season or booking a stay more than 30 days out, inquire with us before making an instant booking. We do not have any standard rates, and most rates are set only for the next 30 days. We usually do not allow Friday-to-Friday or Saturday-to-Saturday stays unless it is a last-minute booking within a week of arrival. If your stay is a weekly stay, the best option would be if you could travel from Sunday to Sunday instead. A visitor's agreement must be signed after the reservation. A visitor's and an occupancy agreement must be signed after the reservation, accepting the above house rules and ordinance.
