Hosts/owners went above and beyond to make sure we had all the things we needed. Specifically arriving late on a Sunday evening and needing supper as they supplemented what food we did have. The location of this place is so good, particularly if you are visiting the various wineries. I loved this place so much that I am trying to figure when to go back and bring all my friends! Cool, cool art!

A great Loire valley find!

The owners greeted us when we arrived and helped us carry our bags to our room, since we were on the top floor. It was a very nice two bedroom suite with a kitchenette. The rooms looked newly renovated and were very clean. Breakfast was included and always ready when we got downstairs. Jean-Louis was always very friendly and attentive to our needs and requests. We had a car and this was a great central location for visiting the castles/chateaus in the region. Very highly recommend this beautiful bed and breakfast.

À éviter !

Nous avons eu droit à un accueil plutôt glacial : le propriétaire nous a reproché vraiment sans diplomatie d'avoir sonné chez les voisins. En effet je n'ai pas vu le "hi" qui indiquait la sonnette... Je suppose que je n'étais pas la 1ère à faire cette erreur les voisins m'ayant tout de suite répondu "c'est à côté !" Plutôt que de me faire comprendre que j'étais une idiote ce cher monsieur devrait plutôt repenser ses indications. Le lendemain matin ce même monsieur avait une attitude complètement opposée, il était devenu mielleux au possible (?!?) La chambre que nous avons occupée pendant 2 jours (et qui n'était d'ailleurs pas prête à l'heure prévue de notre arrivée) donnant sur la rue était donc assez bruyante. De plus la ventilation de la salle de bain attenante était sans doute efficace mais on ne pouvait pas l'ignorer en raison du bruit continu qu'elle faisait. La douche aurait mérité un détartrage les différents jets (jets massants, pommeau pluie) fonctionnent très mal Le propriétaire ne nous a pas non plus proposé d'utiliser le jaccusie que nous avons aperçu dans une dépendance du jardin entouré de beaux coussins semble-t-il très confortables, dépendance dont les baies vitrées étaient ouvertes chaque matin ... Pour tout dire cette petite halte sur le chemin du retour de vacances a été un peu gâchée. Monsieur n'avez-vous pas songé à une reconversion ?

Nous avons été TRES surpris d'être débités le 30mars DATE DE LA réservation ! Contrairement à vos concurrents qui débitent au moment du séjour. Nous avons eu de l'hôtel une facture bien inférieure à la somme payée ! Pour nous hôtel.com vous n'êtes pas sérieux ! Sinon obligation d'arriver à 18h car la reception n'est pas ouverte avant. La chambre petite et tapissée de noir donc très sombre. Accueil courtois et petit déjeuner correct

Chambre d'hôtes de charme bien située

Très beau bâtiment (ancien relais de poste) rénové avec goût, beau jardin spacieux. Situation idéale pour rayonner en Touraine. Nous occupions la suite sous le toit, très beau et de l'espace, mais suffocant sans climatisation adaptée durant la canicule, jusqu'à 35° dans la chambre. Petit déjeuner sucré uniquement et peu varié, viennoiseries industrielles chauffées au four, pas de pâtisseries maison, au bout d'une semaine, on en a vite fait le tour. A noter aussi quelques remarques pas des plus délicates de la part du propriétaire. Nous avons néanmoins passé un bon séjour et recommandons cette chambre d'hôte, en tenant compte des remarques ci-dessus.

Le propriétaire est très agréable , il nous a proposé des restaurants et les visites à faire . Une personne très agréable pendant une conversation riche en culture . Une maison plus que sublime les chambres sont bien et le plus la sdb dans les chambres . Un léger petit moins une télé serai bien mais sans cela là bien fait , et nous pouvons nous attendre d’une chambre à l’autre mais cela reste léger

Ancien relais de poste très bien rénové. Accueil chaleureux. Chambres propres. En centre ville de Vernou mais très paisible. Petit déjeuner sucré uniquement mais bon et copieux. Seul Bémol l'isolation sonore et thermique car les portes et fenêtres sont très anciennes. L'endroit est très calme mais on entend les pas dans les couloirs et au dessus de notre tête. Très bon rapport qualité prix.
