Oh wow what a dream! Amazing hotel and wonderful kind staff

I selected the hotel based on location and reviews of how clean it was. The hotel met those expectations. The hotel exceeded expectations on service—we had a traveler with temperature sensitive medical supplies and the hotel not only answered all our questions upfront, they also went the extra mile to assure us of its safekeeping in their bigger refrigerator. We felt extremely comfortable with their handling, understanding and extra care they demonstrated. A feel good experience through and through. I would love to stay here again.

The hotel was beautiful and quaint with big bedrooms. Staff and location were perfect as well. Highly recommend staying here

1 Star This was the worst hotel experience of my trip to France where I stayed in 6 different hotels. I booked and prepaid for two nights, including the night I was flying from the United States. After traveling overnight across the Atlantic, I arrived at the hotel only to be told they didn't have a room available for me. Despite having a confirmed reservation, I was left scrambling to find somewhere else to stay after an exhausting international flight. To make matters worse, the hotel refused to refund the night I couldn't use. Their explanation was that I should have notified them in advance that I was traveling from the United States. That's an unreasonable expectation. If a guest has a confirmed, prepaid reservation, the hotel should honor it or, at the very least, provide a refund if they fail to do so. The check-in process was also unnecessarily cumbersome, requiring guests to enter information through a website instead of simply checking in at the desk. The only positive thing I can say is that the air conditioning worked well. If you value a hotel that honors confirmed reservations and stands behind its customers, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
