"I have stayed here numerous times over the years. This stay was not enjoyable. Some staff were ok and others were not helpful. I have never experienced this during my previous stays, but I was awakened numerous nights at around 4 am, due to what sounded like a garbage truck dumping or picking up trash. I was staying in a room on the westside of the hotel. "

"Had to wake the night manager up to check in and he was then rude when giving us the room key. Found hairs on the towels provided in the room "

"Some of the staff was rude. Especially the lady working the breakfast area. "

"The room and accommodations were as described prior to booking. The location and area was quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was fresh and the room was very clean even though we do extra wiping with disinfect and sanitary wipes. The staff was remarkably helpful and friendly. Everything we needed to accomplish was within a 5 miles radius, even the local Walmart. Thank you and we'll be returning again hopefully in October. "

"Our room was infested with lady beetles and reeked of marijuana. We changed rooms, but it wasn’t a great experience."
