Nous avons passé une excellente semaine de vacances à la Jaumarie. Accueil chaleureux de nos hôtes. Tout est pensé pour que le séjour soit agréable avec une cuisine d'extérieur équipée d'une plancha à côté de la piscine où nous avons passé beaucoup de temps en famille. Les chambres sont décorées avec soin.Nous recommandons cette belle maison et sa region.

Très agréable séjour

Très jolie demeure au milieu d’un parc exceptionnel ! Très belle piscine avec pool house très appréciable. Le marché de Vergt le vendredi matin est très sympathique. De très beaux sites à visiter à 30 mn en voiture. Nous remercions également l'accueil des propriétaires. Ce séjour restera un très joli souvenir pour toute la famille.

Merveilleux séjour : Charme et repos

Excellent séjour dans cette très jolie maison ancienne authentique et décorée avec goût, très bien équipée avec tout le confort.Beaux volumes à l’intérieur et parc soigné et fleuri. Très sympas, avec des mais

Nous y avons séjourné avec la malchance d'un temps mitigé sur la semaine. Le poolhouse à coté de la maison est très bien. Les chambres sont très jolis L'emplacement et le cadre est très sympas Les propriétaires sont très gentils Mais La piscine a une alarme qui se met en route uniquement si l'eau n'a pas de remou, donc s'il y a un peu de vent, l'alarme se met jamais en route d'elle-même, et si on met l'alarme, elle se déclenche.. La piscine est sensée être chauffée, point qui a retenu notre attention à la location, malgré sur demande de monter la température, en fait l'eau n'a quasi pas bougé de sa température.. (très classique des propriétaires qui ne veulent pas payer le chauffage de l'eau) La cuisine est à l'extremité de la maison donc il faut faire 30m pour mettre la table à la terrasse de maison, prendre un petit déjeuner, etc. donc pour la piscine ou le poolhouse, il faut faire 80m. Il y a des pièces quasi inexploitables (salle à manger du rdc et bureau à l'étage). Le grand salon du RDC qui peut etre utile pour se réfugier, faire un jeu de société/ de cartes, ne dispose que d'un sofa (déco) et deux canapés, mais pas une table avec des chaises Sur la terrasse de maison, c'est une toile qui protège du soleil. Mais pour la pluie ca ne tient pas, on prend des flaques d'eau... obligé d'aller chercher une échelle chez les proprio, pour renouer la toile qui sert de pergola... Conclusion : Oui c'est joli, mais ca ne valait pas 3000€/semaine en comparaison des alentours

Lovely pool

The house has a fantastic pool and pool area and dining area which we all enjoyed spending a lot of time in. However, the area had a lot of mosquitoes which were problematic at night time. The listing did not say the neighbouring house had two dogs (although very lovely and friendly) which were often in the garden and we had to remove their mess a few times which wasn’t very nice. The wifi did not work throughout the house - only in the living room. We also had a problem with a bat in the attic rooms where the children were sleeping which although exciting, wasn’t ideal! The house itself is fairly well equipped and beds were comfy. Bathrooms were also good for an old house.

Très belle propriété, piscine non partagée bien entretenue, mériterait un ménage approfondi .

Séjour agréable dans un très beau cadre dans parc magnifique et une superbe piscine. La grande maison est meublée de très beaux meubles anciens, literie parfaite juste un peu de ménage supplémentaire, mais je recommande sans problème.

Havre de paix en pleine nature

Nous avons passé une semaine des plus reposante dans cette propriété magnifique. Le parc est époustouflant, et un grand soin y est porté. Bcp d’essences d’arbres où s’abriter pour faire la sieste. Tout est pensé pour la détente. Le coin piscine où l’on peut vivre par beau temps est fort agréable. On recommande vivement cette maison de 500 ans aux personnes recherchant nature et tranquillité. La position est également idéalepour découvrir les merveilles de la Dordogne.

Vacances au calme en pleine nature!

Très grande maison, agréable et fonctionnelle! Bien entretenue (intérieur et extérieur). Super espace piscine avec cuisine, plancha, wc, table de ping pong. Immense jardin et espaces verts pour se balader. Bonne situation géographique : 15 mn de périgueux et 30 mn de Bergerac ainsi qu'à maxi 30 min de nombreux sites touristiques (grottes, gouffres, châteaux, sites préhistoriques).

The poolhouse in the garden is wonderfull with the plancha kitchen outdoors.

The swimmingpool was not really heated The house was rather old fashioned, but we didnt really used it exept for sleeping.

Tres belle maison dans un cadre magique

Avec la piscine et la cusine d'été, nous avons pu pleinement profiter de l'extérieur de la maison. Le parc appelle aussi à de petites balades ou pauses dans l'herbe ! La maison ancienne est superbe. L'aménagement est extrêmement agréable et complet.

Magnifico soggiorno

Abbiamo passato due belle settimane in questa grande casa, ben curata, accogliente e dotata di tutto quello che serve. Il parco circostante è magnifico. Abbiamo passato ore rilassanti e piacevoli alla piscina dove cucinetta d’estate e grande tavolo al coperto rappresentano davvero un valore aggiunto! Addormentarsi nella quiete della campagna con il gracidio delle rane dello stagno vicino come solo suono non ha prezzo! Consigliamo vivamente.

Très belle propriété mais petites nuisances

Très belle et grande maison du 14ème siècle, confortable, parfaitement adaptée, meublée et très bien équipée pour notre groupe de 9 personnes. Intérieurs agréables et extérieurs magnifiques. La partie piscine et sa terrasse, un peu à l'écart de la maison, est superbe. Rien à redire, c'était parfait. Le propriétaire, très disponible, nous a allumé le chauffage de la piscine car nous trouvions l'eau fraîche, même en Août. Petites nuisances avec pas mal de mouches et une odeur de fumier intervenue certains soirs dues aux fermes voisines ou à l'élevage de canards.

Un très agréable séjour

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans cette belle propriété située dans un cadre magnifique. L'équipement de la maison est tout à fait conforme à ce que nous attendions, en particulier pour ce qui concerne les jeunes enfants : lits, chaise haute, baignoire etc. La piscine avec sa cuisine d'été a été bien appréciée.

Très agréable séjour dans une propriété à l’envitonnement préservé

Nous avons beaucoup aimé la maison, son grand jardin très bien entretenu et le fabuleux coin piscine où nous avons passé le plus clair de notre temps à se baigner, se reposer, cuisiner et jouer au ping-pong (ce dernier aménagement inattendu ayant apporté beaucoup de convivialité à notre séjour). La maison du 14ème siècle est magistrale avec ses caractéristiques d’antan. Les pièces sont spacieuses et les chambres agréables. Les différentes atmosphères qui y règnent jusqu’au linge de toilette assorti ont été fortement apprécié. La maison était propre et ordonnée. Ce fut un excellent séjour.

Belle propriété, bien équipée mais...

Belle maison avec vaisselle en proportion de la capacité du gîte et bien équipée. Un plus bien apprécié : les serviettes de piscine à disposition, et la cuisine d’été. Point d'amélioration selon nous pour ce type de prestation ,1 parasol supplémentaire ainsi que matelas de transat seraient les bienvenus.Quelques informations à l'arrivée sur les visites et activités de la région auraient été appréciées. A noter , à proximité de l’habitat, un bruit de ventilation permanent et un élevage de canards.
