"Terrible service. Tried to reach out for a refund because my flight got canceled and they were unable to give me a waiver for a refund even though I provided proof of my cancelled flight from the airline. Granted I understand it was completely last minute and inconvenient for them as much as this whole experience was for me. But I had already called them prior about a flight delay that resulted in the cancellation and still no waiver for a refund. Ridiculous tbh."

"The bathroom fan felt like a tornado and if u have some go to bathroom at night u are not going to get any sleep The noise from higher floor and neighbor rooms is terrible The breakfast staff was very good Worst was when u don’t get the premium room u ordered and the one staff doesn’t bother to explain the amenities to you but to other guests. Happy that Expedia stepped in but very displeased with that one staff"

"Pros: great to have separate bedroom. Nice foyer area to leave desert shoes from hiking. There’s a pool but never made it there. Bed was comfortable. Shower was great. Kitchen had enough for our stay. Quiet and out of the hubbub. There are shopping centers nearby so you don’t have to go all the way to the Y to get food. 6 min drive to bell rock which was great. Cons: didn’t realize we’d be getting pressure to attend a time share presentation upon check in. Having driven 2 hours from phoenix, the associate in ‘concierge’ was grilling us about our dinner plans and pressuring us to go to the presentation where we’d get a $200 Mastercard. We were so exhausted and just wanted to get to our room but they kept asking about everything we had planned to do. Shockingly never once asked about hiking or if we had questions about getting to the trails during a holiday weekend. Took a bit to shake it off. WiFi tv crapped out a lot. Place was decent- just be prepared for the check in experience"
