"We had a wonderful stay at Villa Luna. The house and garden are beautiful, and as animal lovers, we especially enjoyed the turtles and the friendly house cat who greeted us each morning on the terrace.The house is located on a hillside above the beach in Makarska, so be prepared for a steep walk back from town and/or the beach. Around 30 minutes from the beach and 40-45 min from downtown Makarska. If you're up for the exercise, it's a great location — though next time, we’d consider renting a car for easier access to town, beach and nearby areas.Our host was truly one of the kindest we've met — thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our stay so memorable.Takk kærlega fyrir okkur! Although Makarska was bustling even at this time of year, the villa offered everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable escape.
