"This was our third time staying at this resort because weā€™ve always enjoyed it. The room was very clean, and the housekeeping staff was excellentā€”very friendly, professional, and attentive. However, the bar experience was disappointing. The beach bar wasnā€™t open during our stay, which was a big disappointment. The main bar also had issues with its system being down, and the staff seemed confused most of the time. I asked about the status of my order, and the bartender simply looked at me, said they didnā€™t have my order, then turned away and ignored me. The order arrived about five minutes later, making the whole situation even more confusing. For a 5-star resort, I expected a much higher level of service. Hopefully, these issues will be improved because weā€™ve always enjoyed staying here."
