"Check-in was easy. They offered an upsell, but the upgraded rooms were not ready, so I stayed at the regular rate. The room was clean, and the view of the bay was very nice. The restaurants were convenient, and although the casino was slow, the staff and dealers made the experience comfortable. My only complaint is the same issue I have with many hotels in New Jersey. The property is non-smoking, but the smell of weed in the hallways was annoying."

"The Claridge is a beautiful, historic Hotel. The lobby and the rooms are absolutely beautiful. We've stayed before and will be back again. The staff is helpful and friendly. It's less than a block from the Atlantic City Boardwalk with a Concourse walkway into Bally's Casino. The indoor pool is a plus. There are a couple restaurant/lounges."

"I’ve been going to Flagship for over 20 years and it’s a good hotel. The only thing that is a major issue is the elevators and that has been a problem for years. You can wait for an elevator for over 20 minutes or longer and sometimes people just end up walking down (imagine having to walk down 20+ flights). They never run all the elevators at once which is ridiculous and can really impact your visit. There is a soul food restaurant that is a new addition and the food was amazing but we had to wait 30 min for a pickup order. Overall, Flagship is a good place to stay but the elevator debacle could ruin your stay."
