I loved it here. It was very very very very clean! Although far from Venice city center and you have to take the hotel shuttle - which you have to pay for; I think it should be free or cheaper for hotel guests. The shuttle driver is also a bit rough with driving. I also think that the hotel can cut the grass on the roof! In summary, I really liked it here. Breakfast was so good! Omg! Make sure you eat the pancakes and drink the ACE juice. THE BEST!

Front desk was amazing all around now at the dining room we felt as if they were doing us a favor needless to say we waited over 2 hours for a simple chicken Cesar salad I did complain and they really tried to make us happy but one thing for sure is I will never eat at that dining room ever again!!!

Restaurant staff was excellent, very nice and helpful, would like to send an applause to Javier, he was one of our servers, very good and helpful. Reception during check in were not so nice, kinda grumpy

The staff was professional and the hotel features was good. Informed front desk that there was leaking of the toilet. Overall stay was very good. The food and staff were very professional. Enjoyed the stay

I would only recommend staying here if your party is large and if you have access to a vehicle. PROS: 1-Was able to get rooms for a family of 4. It was two rooms, but we weren’t charged for two separate rooms. 2-The Continental breakfast was decent. A nice way to start your morning. CONS: 1-The rooms were not clean…well they were dusty not dirty. 2-The location is literally in the middle of nowhere. 3-Their “shuttle” service. Officially the hotel doesn’t have a shuttle service, but they have some guys (or company) that will take you. Now we were back and forth to the airport when we were staying at a hotel in the city and each time paid less than €50. Staying at this hotel we were closer to the airport and paid €60 for the “shuttle” that was offered. My advise: if you get a good taxi from the airport, get their card instead of using the service the hotel offers. 4-Our flights were changed so we had two extra days to wait until we could fly home. As I mentioned we were staying at another hotel in the city. We left that hotel and traveled a distance to stay at this hotel…because they had a pool; however, upon our arrival we were informed that the pool was out of service. Bummer, but maybe it’ll be fixed tomorrow? NOPE! We left our hotel in the city that was conveniently located near shops, train stations, and restaurants to stay at this hotel because of the pool, but the pool was OUT OF SERVICE!! This was truly a disappointment.

Great hotel, friendly staff, gym and pool are lovely and clean. Hotel is spacious, great for a relaxing break. Food in the restaurant is also great, my only suggestion would be to add pizza to the lunch menu. Other than that it’s perfect. Also it would be good if there was a mid-afternoon shuttle service eg. 3 or 4pm. So guests can still travel into Venice in the afternoon if they don’t want to go in the morning. Hotel shuttle should be more clearly marked as Hilton Doubletree shuttle as well to avoid confusion. Overall, a pleasant stay.

The property is deceiving in a good way. When you pull into the parking lot it doesn't look like much but when you go down the parking lot to the front of the hotel it's a nice surprise. It has a high end feeling without the high-end prices.

Clean room but
Check in was quick. The hotel room was clean and well maintained. Carpets throughout the common areas of the hotel are worn and stained. Service was not that good. We booked a cab for 7 am. However, flight plans changed and we needed to rebook the taxi for two hours later. Front desk clerk, I believe his name is Stefano, refused to update the time for the taxi saying it was not possible and we had to pay taxi no matter what; he was quite rude. We ended up taking the taxi at 7 am to sit at the airport for 6 hours simply because the hotel refused to call the taxi to rebook. Also, taxi was not metered but the gentleman driving the cab was very nice.

Upsetting for the reason that their offer for a 12 euro airport shuttle was untrue. Ended up paying 38 euro for transportation to the airport each way. Other than that, clean hotel.

We got charged twice!!!!!!!! I paid expedia with my visa before arrival. The receptionist ask the visa for guarante . My wife gave her her visa She was charged on her visa. We are still waiting to get her money back. It took hours to get to Hilton to explain our case.

This is a beautiful hotel, the pros are that it is outside of the busy parts of the city. The cons are that it is not near anything and you must take a cab (they do have busses) to go anywhere if you do not have a car. Overall I found the hotel to be very comfortable and quiet.

This was my second time staying at this hotel. The service the first time was great. This time it was very unorganized especially as it pertains to shuttle service to the airport. There were nine of us traveling together and some how our ride to the airport got mixed up required a taxi. The room numbered 128 appears to have water damage that was not addressed. We could not get a glass of ice! Paid $12 for breakfast that I as basically a collg croissant. Fine if you eat meat. There isn’t anything in walking distance. The shuttle will leave you stuck on the island of VeniceIt seems Valentina is The only one who knows how to service a guest. Missed the mark on this visit DoubleTree!

Very modern hotel close to airport
We booked here for an overnight stay in preparation for a flight the following day. We wanted somewhere out with Venice itself as we had already visited Venice last year. This hotel is modern and very stylish. It is outwith the nearest town as expected. It is very peaceful, but the restaurant is expensive with limited choice. Taxi to airport (Marco polo) cost €35.

Hotel Manager was very pleasant. Due to the long wait because they were helping out other guests he kept on reassuring us that they will be with us just as soon as they can and offered their good cookies.
