A more reasonable way to experience Venice
If you are looking for a way you to experience Venice but not spend a ton on a hotel this could be a great option for you. Staying on the mainland made our trip over £800 cheaper and as it was our mini-moon for directly after our wedding that's exactly what we needed. The bus stops right outside the hotel and takes your directly to Venice for €8 return. It takes around 40 minutes but is very convenient. The €4 breakfast is also well worth it.

Loved it!
35 minutes by bus from Venice. Quiet... great service and wonderful room. Very good option for those who don't like the crowds and the traffic in Venice.

Cute little motel with very helpful staff
The receptionist Julia was very helpful and guides you through everything you need to know around the hotel as well as Venice and Padova.

Dolo and this hotel is worth a visit
Check in could have been streamlined. Beware if you are planning to use thier free bikes. No brakes! Receptionist Claudia is very pleasant and the hotel feels new inside.

The hotel check-in is just before 10P.M. We didn't know that and we arrived by 11:15P.M, but there was a ring that you could talk with reception and she opened the door and guided us to find our room key. The hotel is 1 hour from venice by bus. The hotel reception were so kind and helpful

Overall, very good. The only snafu was that we needed to make a call to rome to modify our car rental and they wouldnt let us use their phone.

Great service and clean rooms!
We had to check in earlier than the check in time and they were able to accommodate us with a room. The rooms are very clean and spacious.

Staff very helpful. Restaurant next door was never open so bit of trek into town ,if on foot, but worth it. Very clean and well kept. Enjoyed our stay

Nice hotel, not too far from Venice
Very clean and airy 30-40 minutes bus ride from Venice Polite and very helpful staff Dolo is a nice town with some nice places to eat Only real area for improvement in the hotel would be the breakfast which is ok for the price but nothing special

Comfortable hotel with a good location
Very quite and comfortable hotel located in a charming town with many fine reataurants between Padua and Venice. We used the bus (very cheap and frequent) to get to Venice . Lively Lido di Jesolo is only one hour away by car. Hosts were very friendly and spoke English well . Great value for money

Nice place!
For the price, everything was super. The room was always kept clean, the couple that owns the place is very helpful and even gave us a ride home when it was raining out! The room was comfortable, nothing out of the ordinary. There is a TV and PlayStation in the lobby for entertainment and the breakfasts were always amazing. The only issue would be that it's a bit of a long ride from Venice, though Dolo was always nice and welcoming.

Good value hotel near Venice
The staff were very gracious and helpful, the breakfast was excellent, and the rooms well maintained. I would certainly recommend it to others and would stay there again if visiting the Venetto.

séjour agréable. Propriétaire charmant et à l'écoute (merci à eux). L'arrêt de bus en face pour Venise est très pratique. Le centre de Dolo est charmant... nous y reviendrons...

Una piccola bomboniera,hotel accogliente, funzionale, organizzato , personale professionale e gentile, in strategica posizione tra Venezia, Padova, Chioggia, Treviso e Vicenza.Fermata del bus a 10 metri dall'hotel in direzione Venezia e Padova, uno ogni 30 minuti ,ultimo di rientro dopo mezzanotte.

Piccolo grazioso hotel a due passi da Venezia
Volendo visitare Venezia e la mostra di Hirst a Palazzo Grassi, l'hotel si è rivelato un'ottima soluzione, poiché dista in treno solo una ventina di minuti. Inoltre, l'albergo si trova in una bella cittadina lungo il canale del Brenta, è pulitissimo, nuovo e confortevole; il personale gentilissimo e disponibile.

Près de Venise, on peut aller en bus à venise
Super, on parle Français, Anglais, Espagnol et bien sur Italien. On nous donne beaucoup d'information sur les choses à visiter. La ville de Dolo est de toute beauté et les gens très sympathique. Hotel 3 Sterne? - Eher Motel mit Schnellstraße
Vorweg: Wir reisen viel, benötigen wenig Anspruch und sind defintiv keine Nörgler, weshalb uns dieses Hotel echt enttäuscht hat. Es wurde ein Balkon angepriesen, der nicht vorhanden war. Die Bilder und Beschreibung bei Expedia wiesen allerdings darauf hin. Die "Raucherecke" bestand aus 2 Stühlen am Parkplatz. Das Hotel befindet sich an einer sehr stark befahrenen Straße - ist sogar durch das geschlossene Fenster wahrnehmbar. Vor Reiseantritt erhielten wir via email schon mal ein extrem strenges Regelwerk, welches von Verboten nur so "glänzte". Z.B. Nicht auf dem Zimmer essen.. Vor allem krass: Check-in nur von 7:30 bis 21:00 h. Wer später anreist, muss dies vorab mitteilen und 50€ berappen - oder man hat dann einfach Pech und steht vor verschlossener Tür. Einlass ins Zimmer ab 15 h! Früher ins Zimmer? 10€ wird dann verlangt. Heftig: leere Minibar wurde durch abziehen der Karte abgeschalten, unsere Lebensmittel waren damit verdorben. Wir baten dann um eine zweite Karte, doch der Kühlschrank funktionierte auch so nicht richtig. Lebensmittelhygiene kann nicht gewährleistet werden. Das Raumklima war allgemein sehr schlecht. Infos über Umgebung, Busplan und Stadtpläne werden nicht angeboten. Personal wusste nur grob Fragen zu beantworten, waren dennoch sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist für Reisende, die sich Padua und Venedig ansehen, sehr gut. Zu empfehlen war das Fischrestaurant am Ortsausgang von Dolo (ca. 15 min per Fuß): Bacaro dei Storti. Ein Italiener aus Regensburg.

Ein super Hotel für vetgleichsweise wenig Geld. Haben Venedig besucht und dafür war die Lage super. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Останавливались в этом отеле с 08.09.14 по 11.09.14. С первых минут отель произвел на нас очень хорошее впечатление уже в холле. Отличный дизайн, хорошая мебель. Небольшое кафе, где утром сервируют завтрак. Можно завтракать и в номере своими продуктами бесплатно.( Вам предоставят все необходимое) Номер наш был на 2 этаже. Это был дабл с двуспальной кроватью. Все совершенно новое. Есть холодильник, телевизор, телефон, Wi-Fi. Достаточно большая комната, с большой удобной ванной комнатой. Уборка-каждый день. Сотрудник ресепшн Влад прекрасно говорит по-русски, и всегда придет на помощь! Бесплатная парковка прямо во дворе отеля.К вашим услугам бесплатный прокат велосипедов прямо в отеле. Мы пользовались, очень удобно обозревать местные достопримечательности.Приятный городок с виллами 19 века в пешей доступности. Удобно добираться на автобусе до Венеции. Потрясающе высокое качество обслуживания, отличный сервис, радушные хозяева сделают ваш отдых незабываемым! Обязательно вернемся туда снова!

Great Hotel close to Venice
Nice and tidy room and Hotel. Big bathroom. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Absolutely recommendable and affordable Hotel. There is only 25 minutes drive to parking area in Tronchetto - Venice. We will love to stay there again.

Lækkert, rent og centralt beliggende for både Venedig og Padova mm. Super venligt og meget hjælpsomt personale. Kørte os ind til Venedig fordi der var busstrejke, det er da service, tak for det:-)

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits en chambre" double supérieure" moderne et propre(lit 180). Le personnel parle très bien français et est accueillant et disponible. Petit déjeuner copieux. l'arrêt de bus se trouve à 3 mn à pied de l'hôtel pour environ 40 mn de trajet pour rejoindre le centre de venise.(ligne 53 cout 7€ a/r par personne)

Bon Hotel
Hotel agréable, confortable, mais un peu éloigné de Venise. Il faut marcher 5 min pour arriver a la station de Bus, le long d'une nationale passante et sans trottoirs. Il faut ensuite près de 40min pour arriver a venise. Hormis ce détail nous avons passés un très bon séjour.
