Gaia Room with Shared Garden, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

  • Gaia Room in Venice offers 20 sqm of space for up to 4 guests. It features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Amenities include air conditioning and Wi-Fi. We are located on the mainland, in a quiet and well-served residential area. Right outside, you’ll find buses to Venice, as well as pizzerias, local taverns with good wine, bars, and shops all within walking distance. This is the perfect choice for those who want to experience Venice by day and relax in green surroundings at night. We also provide a private shuttle service for our guests.

    Kirti House is located in Marghera, just 15 minutes by bus from Venice’s historic center. All rooms have a private bathroom. Free private parking is available. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden, despite being close to the ring road. In the area, you’ll find excellent restaurants, wine bars, jazz bars, and shopping centers, all within easy reach without a car. Bus lines are well connected and easily accessible.



    We offer a convenient private shuttle service, available for an extra fee. Feel free to ask for details.



    You’ll access one of five rooms with a private bathroom. The kitchenette is shared. Breakfast can be enjoyed in the large garden.



    Please do not smoke in the rooms, only outdoors. Events are not allowed.



    The property is spacious. You’ll have full independence. I am always available, as I live in the cottage next door.
