Elegant 2nd-floor apartment just steps from St. Mark's Square - Venice Heaven Apartments Collection

This second-floor apartment, located in the heart of Venice, boasts an exceptionally central location—just a 3-minute walk from St. Mark’s Square, the Correr Museum, the Doge’s Palace, and Via Larga XXII Marzo, with its array of major brands, as well as Calle Vallaresso, where Tiffany, Missoni, Etro, Cavalli, etc., as well as the famous Harry's Bar restaurant.

It is 100 metres from the public water bus stop on Calle Vallaresso. This 57-square-meter apartment, with its own entrance, has been recently renovated and consists of: 2 double bedrooms, both elegantly furnished with 190x200 beds and equipped with all amenities; a dining room; and a bright kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and toaster. It also features free Wi-Fi, independent heating and air conditioning, a washing machine, a dryer, an iron, a smart TV, a safe, and mosquito nets on all windows.

Upon request, we can also provide a travel cot for younger guests. Bed linens and towels are included for the entire duration of your stay.

HEATING: The central heating system is activated in the apartments, in accordance with Italian laws in the province of Venice, from October 15 through April 15. Air conditioning is available from April 15 through October 10. These regulations are enforced by the City of Venice and must be followed by all residents and visitors alike.

We kindly ask you to provide us with your arrival details no later than two days before your check-in date (train, plane, car) so that we can give you complete instructions and schedule a time for your check-in.

• CHECK-IN window is 3:00–7:00 PM: Our staff will be at the apartment, by prior appointment, from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, no later.

If you wish to arrive before 3 p.m. and leave your luggage, this is possible, but you must request it in advance at the time of your reservation to schedule a time based on your exact arrival details.



A city tax is required by the City of Venice for every guest and must be paid in cash upon check-in.

We require a refundable damage deposit of 100 euros via preauthorization on your credit card, which we will release upon checkout.
