The location was very convenient for everything we were visiting St Louis for! "Do not stay here, the host never responded to any messages and we were unable to checkin. We were left seeking other accommodations after hotels.com took almost full payment for a months stay from us and has yet to return it because “they cannot reach the host” . This is a lot of money to be held from us unavailable to make another booking to replace this one. It has been almost 2 months and hotels.com is not responding to my emails about my refund. "

"This is the worst VRBO our family has ever stayed at. Host changed the duplex a couple of hours before our arrival. The new unit was uncleaned with some linens still wet in the washing machine. It had a room that had no light, old moldy food, cabinets without fronts, windows without coverings, a screen door ripped off, & beds that were very nasty and stained. Garbage wasn’t taken out from the last guest. They only provided 3 towels (that need to be washed) when we reserved for 6. Host absolutely...

"The breakfast staff especially Laverne were very kind! Breakfast was closing but she did not put away the food until my teenagers made it downstairs and made their plates! She kept asking if we needed anything! A dinner is also included in the hotel price but I did not realize it. I had already booked dinner reservations elsewhere. The St Louis Arch is literally outside the door as well as the historic courthouse, historic church, restaurants, and Busch garden’s baseball field! There are two parking garages. The one attached to the building is for smaller cars. I had to park across the street but it wasn’t an issue. There are two lanes in front of hotel to park car while checking in and unloading car."
