Great place to stay, easy parking, the manager was very helpful, would recommend and stay here again. Very clean and well kept. Many things to do within a 15 minute drive
Excellent Location—walking distance to several places!
It’s a great place for a weekend getaway. We enjoyed our evening at LIT, walked to get a pizza afterwards, cozied up in the apartment and headed out for a very short walk to breakfast in the morning.
We loved our stay in this cozy apartment! The designated parking was a huge plus and the small details like a wireless phone charger in every room was a pleasant surprise!
Our host made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The neighborhood seems to be up and coming, there were a lot of restaurants and live bands within walking distance. The private parking was the icing on top, it made us feel safer in a city we don't know well and was super convenient.
In The Lou for a quick visit and this place was great. Easy parking, great amenities, their AC was important this weekend, it was a humid scorcher! Excellent farmers market close by and Joe had great tips and attractions. Two coffee options was amazing for us, he had keurig and a drip 😂
The location was fantastic! We attended a wedding at 9th St. Abbey and this was the perfect location. 5-8 min walk to the venue, places to eat and easy to get on to the interstate to hop over to other parts of town. Very clean, easy access and a cool little historic STL feel.
We stayed for activities for young children. The property was a short drive to zoo, city museum, museum of illusions. Also there is a playground at Pontiac Square Park with a water spout.
It’s a great location, easy to Uber to an Uber from anywhere in the city. Plenty of restaurants, bars and things to do close by. However, if you have issues with stairs, this is not the place for you.. 3rd floor and probably around 30 stairs. Surprisingly quiet at night time.
This apartment was adorable I loved everything about it. Perfect location to do anything in Soulard and perfect placement for a quick 10 minute drive to my work location. I will definitely use it again.
Joe was quick to respond to our questions about the unit. This was so appreciated as we were checking in. The unit was clean and perfect for our one night stay. We will be back for sure!
We had a great 4 night stay at this property. From the time of booking through our stay, Joe was on top of making sure we had what we needed. He answered any questions we had right away and even came by to restock the coffee and get the tv signed back into the many streaming services he provides. Finding the place was super easy and we really appreciated the off street parking.There are lots of fun places to grab food and drinks within walking distance. When we ventured further, Ubers were plentiful. We wouldnt hesitate to book here again!
Although the apartment is the third floor, it was everything we needed. Clean and comfortable great for a mother/daughter trip. Close to all the major attractions of the city. Off street parking was a huge plus. The owner super responsive and welcoming. Need anything, just ask. If I visit St Louis again, I’d rent this location again!
Great location to walk around Soulard. Everything is within a 6 min walk max. Comfortable place with a great view. The stairs are a little steep, if your scared of heights it might be a little challenging.
Overall great place to enjoy the Soulard area.
Property was exactly as listed. Beautiful with the wood floors and brick work. Central a/c AND ceilings were definitely appreciated, alongside the phone charging stands and white noise machines. Joe was responsive & attentive when we brought a small thing that needed a minor repair.
Area was in a great spot if you enjoy bar hopping and having accessibility to nearby attractions. Really enjoyed our stay!

I love the inside of the apartment. Everything we needed was available! Communication with the host was absolutely amazing! We had some issues with flight and delays and the host answered out call in the middle of the night and walked us through the process to make sure we could get in! The tub and shower were not my favorite but still good.
We got to stay up on the third floor. So if you cannot handle stairs I would let the manager know. They were super easy to get a hold of and even gave out restaurant ideas. We were close to the Arch and Union Station. It took a little longer to get to Grants Farm. Other the place was clean, welcoming and enjoyable to stay at.
I really loved how central we were to everything. We walked to eat crow, which was amazing. The cons is the stairs are scary but it seemed pretty common for St Louis and it didn't look as bad comparing other 3 story apartment buildings. Large room bed was uncomfortable for me personally. Pros: good amount of space, owner was super communicative, location, it's beautiful inside. Lots of extra cozy blankets. Close to everything we came to do.
