We stayed in the attic room with a private bathroom and loved our stay. The hotel is located a short walk from Rialto bridge and is surrounded by places to eat. The staff were lovely and welcoming, the hotel itself has character and charm, and the included breakfast was nice with a range of hot and cold food on selection. I would definitely stay again. Note that there is no elevator so you must climb 4 flights of stairs to the attic room but I did not find this a problem and have only a...

This hotel was excellent. Everything is brand new and very well built. The bed was comfortable, the room was very large, and the addition of a fridge was a welcome surprise. I was able to charge my car for 15 € flat, which was so convenient (and much cheaper than the surrounding public chargers). The check in experience was also very lovely, received a very warm welcome. I would return with pleasure.

Great!

Maurizio was amazing He provided instructions on how to use the boat taxis to get around and did his best to help me when my partner fell ill. If its available book here ;)

Super cosy and cute place with very friendly and welcoming hosts. Claudio communicated well and gave some great reccommendations for the surrounding area. The only downside was that I couldn't stay longer!

We booked through Expedia.com and received confirmation of the booking within 24 hours. We rang the manager of the Corte Barozzi Venice Suites and asked him to book us a private taxi/water taxi from the Marco Polo airport. As he arranged, we were met at the Marco Polo airport and taken by taxi and then private water taxi to the Corte Barozzi Suites (total cost approx 200 euro for 4 people and bags which was well worth the cost for the convenience and enjoyment). On arrival we were greeted by the...

I had an amazing experience at Ninfea Luxury Suites! The modern, beautifully designed rooms were spotless, bright, and elegantly furnished—everything felt brand new and inviting. The location is perfect—quiet yet central, just a 5-minute walk from St. Mark’s Square and close to great restaurants, cafés, and water taxi stations. Private water taxis drop you just a few minutes from the suites, which is super convenient. What truly sets this place apart is the exceptional hospitality. The owners,...

Great location close to everything, extremely helpul and atttentive staff, nice apartament decorated with style.

Lovely place however there is very little place for your toiletries in the bathroom. Also, the two stairs of steps leading to your room are very difficult to navigate with heavy suitcases.

Great location, nice large size and very modern and comfortable. Staff very great too

oncecwe found it....great spot@!

Wonderful host, nothing too much trouble. Accommodation, very comfortable , recently refurbished, everything works. The area is well positioned, we loved the area, near a supermarket. Thank you Alessandro

Good location great room with eating close by . Would stay here again

A perfect location, and lovely quirky decor. Be prepared for stairs with luggage, and heat and A/C may not be available depending on season. I’d stay again.

We stayed at San Marco Suites 755 (Suite 8) for 3 nights in October! The hotel is relatively new (started in Feb 19, I think) so there isn’t many reviews when we booked - but absolutely no regrets at all. Firstly, fantastic location - literally only a few minutes walk away from Rialto bridge and San Marco square. Accommodation was very clean and tastefully appointed. Kitchenette is in a separate room and is well equipped with enough space for a large 4-5 seater round table. Can’t recommend this...
