"A beautiful property with pools and a spa and very friendly staff, yet none of that overcomes a cheap mattress and no a/c in 95 degree heat. It should be expected that a four star resort has a/c no matter how infrequently it is used; a mattress that you can feel the springs in only made trying to fall asleep worse. "We loved the common areas and the restaurant. The amazing breakfast options were a treat! The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The room was small and hard to navigate with three pieces of luggage - we managed but never got to truly settle in because the storage was lacking. We had a triple room and my 14 year old was on a “bed” that was too small. Again, no major complaints for two night. Great location and we liked the amenities the hotel provided."
