Casa Louisa is a very cozy stylish and comfortable home located in a beautiful and peaceful urbanization.
Only 500 meters from the sea, what a steep climb, but many do not mind.
At 30 minutes from the airport and city of Malaga and at 6 minutes from Torre del Mar, with an enormous amount of nice and cozy beach bars, restaurants, shops and a beautiful promenade along the coast or a jogging path on the beach.
Both left and right of the urbanization you have nice villages where it is always nice to stay, but not too touristy. In the neighborhood there are very nice beaches, where you can also go horse riding.
The property is spread over 2 floors and a large roof terrace: fully equipped modern kitchen. Very nice and cozy living space followed by a large terrace for breakfast or sunbathing, with a view of the sea and the mountains.
On the first floor: 2 large bedrooms, with large luxury 2-person beds, 1 of which can be converted into 2 separate ones.
2 bathrooms, 1 with rain shower and 1 with shower / bath and adjoining terrace.
On the highest floor there is a large roof terrace with a view of the sea and mountains. We also provide a welcome package so that you do not have to go shopping immediately. The swimming pool is 20 meters away and is open for 24 hours. Since many residents are Spaniards, it is always quiet during the day. The property is not suitable for wheelchair users or very small children due to the stairs.

Almayate is a very quiet typical Spanish village near the lively Torre del Mar.
The supermarkets are a 5-minute drive away and an excellent bakery is a 4-minute drive away!
Restaurants can be found everywhere on the left and right of the accommodation .. all over the coast!

At 500 meters there is a bus stop so you can always take the bus to Malaga or Torre del Mar and from there on! The Alsa app is very easy and well-arranged.

The motorway is 6 km away, where you can also find the cheapest petrol, except at the El Ingenio shopping center, 10 minutes away in Torre del Mar - Velez Malaga.
