"Pros: La casa es bastante bonita y se está bastante agusto. Buen wifi y servicios. Cons: Sería ideal poner mosquiteras, estaba repleto de mosquitos y cucarachas de campo, y aunque estas últimas sean pequeñas y limpias, habían muchas. Tuvimos algún que otro problema con el agua porque salía ardiendo y no se podía enfriar. Por último, pensamos que hubiese sido ideal que el anfitrión nos mostrase un poco la casa y sus funciones. "We had a wonderful stay. A spacious garden just for us, which was perfect for my kid, especially with the big trampoline – such a lovely surprise. "We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed our time at the hotel. The hotel grounds were beautiful, the staff were friendly and welcoming, the facilities were great, and the food was good and reasonably priced. The only area that could be improved is the housekeeping, as the room could have been cleaned more thoroughly. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would happily stay here again."

"As a whole the place was amazing! Staff were helpful n friendly, activities for children and a very beautiful place all round. The only thing I'd say was the dinner wasn't nice at all, breakfast was great and food by the pool restaurant at lunch was very nice but the dinner was very disappointing. I'd definitely recommend people/families to come to this resort as we really had a great time, close to Aqualand and other attractions. Location was perfect. I'd like to thank the staff that helped us along the way and Kim at the reception desk. Will definitely be back!!! Gracias!!"

"Buen Family Resort, aunque era Solo Travel. Los cuartos limpios todos los días excelente servicio. Desde la entrada hasta la salida el equipo de trabajo muy amable, atento y profesional. Buen buffet desde desayuno hasta cena.. lo recomiendo para Familias no para Solo Travel. Lo unico que no me gustó fue que el Resort no cambia USA dollars porque no tienen muchos visitantes de USA .lo veo injusto todo cliente debería ser tratado igual no importa de donde venga. Tuve ir en un taxi hacia Puerto Rico Mall para poder cambiar."
