Beautiful hotel - fab holiday!

Hotel was spacious and very well maintained. Reception areas and facilities were regularly cleaned. Choice of drinks and food for all inclusive was fantastic Majority of staff vwry helpful and friendly. Spa was amazing!!! Plenty of sunbeds, lovely roof solarium. Several outdoor jacuzzis to cool off in. Would definitely recommend.

Great hotel

Lovely,clean hotel. Food was great. Personally I would of liked a hotel more for families and younger guests. Guests are primarily over 60 and I hadn’t realised before booking. No ones fault but mine. No problems with anything other than the restaurant/reception/Bar snd entertainment area were all in one place. Was very cramped. Pool bar has pizza and fries all day. The snacks menu is extensive but not explained clearly whether the menu board food can be ordered with AI. Not a great deal if information available regarding what i would call basic FAQ’s. Friendly staff in sll areas 10/10

Older lady at the reception desk wasn’t the nicest on the several occasions. Plus they charged us 10€ for towels spa because of luck of some receipt when turning back. I treat is a scam and it left a really bad taste. Barmans were a strong make up for that bad taste tho. Overall food wasn’t bad and was a nice variety of it but sometimes it was tasteless like in the hospital. spa was only open from 10 am till 6pm which makes no sense. It should be open till 10 pm at least as it had warm pool water and outside pool was not heated. And itvwould be nice to use it after the day time

Fab hotel, excellent value for money

Had a great week at the Escorial Spa hotel. Hotel is spot less, all staff work so hard, all inclusive option is excellent, a self serve coffee machine and more staff serving in the bars would have improved our stay together with more English TV channels. The spa facilities are amazing, thanks for a lovely week.

Das Hotel Bull Escorial in Maspalomas bietet exzellenten Service, saubere und geräumige Zimmer, hervorragendes Essen und tolle Wellness-Einrichtungen in perfekter Lage. Absolut empfehlenswert für einen erholsamen Urlaub! Sehr schön war auch das Frühstück und Buffet, die Nähe zum Strand und der Spa-Bereich!

Op zicht zeker een mooi hotel. Comfortabele bedden, redelijk ruime kamer. Goede kasten om kleren in op te bergen. Geen thee-of koffiefaciliteiten op de kamer, wel een grote koelkast. Mooi balkon met zeezicht en zicht op zwembad. Algemene afwerking is maar zo-zo (vloertegels die niet matchen, achter de kasten niet bijgewerkt waar vervangingen zijn gebeurd... Douche is oke, lekker warm water en deftige waterdruk. WC bleef de hele tijd lopen. Badkamer wel een beetje muffig ondanks raampje dat constant openstaat. Heel erg slechte geluidsisolatie, je hoort alles van de buren. Eten in het restaurant: typisch grootkeuken. Weinig variatie en beperkte keuze, kwaliteit niet al te best. Drie keer een haar in mijn eten gehad (niet van mij). De medewerkers die bijvullen, dragen geen haarnetje… Positief: als de kamer nog niet klaar is, kan je al wel van alle faciliteiten gebruikmaken. Er is bagageopslag mogelijk en je kan je omkleden in de wellness.

Alles in allem ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und die Zimmer bzw. das gesamte Hotel war stets sauber. Das einzige, was uns als Vegetarier/Veganer gestört hat, war die Auswahl vegetarischer Gerichte und deren Kennzeichnung. Es gab auch keine Milchalternativen und lediglich einen (vermeintlichen) veganen Joghurt.

Mycket trevlig personal med hög serviceanda. Sköna sängar och välstädat överallt Fint Gym & Spa Matsalen hade mycket hög ljudnivå, slamrigt och inte så trivsamt. Maten var bra men atmosfären var stressande.

Un hotel avec un tres bon rapport qualité prix

Le sejour fut tres agréable. De maniere generale, les prestations sont très bonnes pour un hotel 3 étoiles. La situation de l'hotel est correcte, avec des commerces et la plage à 5 min à pieds à peine.

Dejligt hotel

Skøn beliggenhed, masser af butikker og restauranter på den anden side af gaden. Super all inclusive og lækker wellness. Stor busholdeplads, tæt på hotellet, med busser til de fleste steder, bl.a. bus til Las Palmas. Vi lejede en bil hos Omega som ligger på samme gade som hotellet. De var billige og meget hjælpsomme.
