The duplex is distributed over two floors connected by an internal staircase. The ground floor features a bright living room with a dining area, a practical independent kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave and essential appliances, a guest toilet and direct access to a spacious private terrace, perfect for enjoying Gran Canaria's sunny climate. Upstairs you will find two comfortable bedrooms together with a modern bathroom featuring a bathtub, offering comfort and privacy throughout your stay.

Guests can enjoy free high-speed WiFi and free public parking, making their stay even more comfortable. The living room and the first bedroom are equipped with ceiling fans. The second bedroom has a fan for added comfort and improved air circulation. Air conditioning is available for an additional fee. If you would like to use the air conditioning during your stay, please let us know before your arrival or upon check-in so that we can activate it and inform you of the applicable surcharge. The beach is just a short walk from the property.
