"The best part about my stay at this hotel was the staff. There was always someone eager to help me and guide me in the right direction. Carlos, especially at the pool bar made my time so much enjoyable with friendly conversation. I was not impressed with the quality of the room the balconies could have been cleaned a little bit more and Nicer furniture. They’re also was no room service and no restaurant in the hotel itself that was accessible after 6 PM I believe. If you book through Expedia, it tells you you have a $50 day credit but make sure you mention it to them and or if you have the free breakfast. The breakfast is not in the hotel you have to cross the street, which is inconveniencing. The area is really nice and convenient in a walkable distance to a lot. Old San Juan is down the street and the Tmobile district with about a 15 minute walk. I most likely would not stay again if it was not for the staff."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Unforgettable Stay at the Caribe Hilton! My experience at the Caribe Hilton in Puerto Rico was truly excellent from start to finish. The staff was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The hotel grounds were beautifully maintained, the beach area was private and relaxing, and the pool was perfect for both families and adults. Our room was clean, modern, and had stunning ocean views. The location is ideal—close to Old San Juan and other attractions, but peaceful enough to unwind. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Puerto Rico. I can’t wait to go back!"

"Entire staff was attentive and hospitable from the team at the cafe to housekeeping. All requests were fulfilled promptly from extra towels to water for the room. The guys outside who provided rides to and from the beach were friendly, started conversations and informed us of amenities in the immediate area without us having to ask. Highly recommend "
