"Everything about our stay was excellent. You can definitely feel the luxury from the moment you arrive. The hotel is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and the staff were professional and welcoming. The only disappointment was the price of bottled water. Charging €6 for a 0.75 L bottle of water didn’t feel like good customer service, especially when a coffee was around €4 and a freshly squeezed orange juice was €6. Water is a basic necessity, and pricing it the same as fresh juice felt excessive. Other than that, we had a very pleasant stay and would happily return. I hope the hotel considers offering complimentary water or more reasonably priced bottled water for its guests."

UNA Hotels Decò Roma

"We stayed at the Deco Roma for 3 nights whilst visiting Italy. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the Termini train station which was one of the reasons we booked. Our room was very nice, clean, and spacious. My only gripe was that there was a kettle but no tea or coffee, only a sign that read “ call reception if you want tea or coffee”. Whats the point in that? Just put it in the room! One of the reasons I booked was the photos on this site show what appears to be a rooftop bar / terrace, with tables and chairs overlooking the city. Be aware there is no roof terrace or rooftop bar at this hotel, the photos on the booking site are of some of the premium rooms. I asked about this at reception and was told that this was the case. I think the photos are misleading on the booking site and do give the impression there is a rooftop bar at this hotel. Breakfast was nice at the hotel with plenty of fresh choices and it was well-staffed. The location is not too far from the main tourist attractions to walk and there is a metro stop just around the corner. Would stay here again and would recommend this hotel if you are visiting Rome."
