"The staff was wonderful. Spoke English well. Many breakfast options, different juices, coffees, pastries, eggs, cold cuts. Stored our luggage for free. 20 minute walk to the Vatican. Nearby eateries. Minimal noise at night. Slept well."

"This is a nice place and location is good. But the venue being sprawled in 2 locations on opposite sides of the block was awkward. After arriving exhausted from traveling, we checked in at the front desk- then had to drag our luggage around the block and down several steps throughout the neighborhood. Odd and cumbersome. No cart. No elevator. No help. We are in decent shape but this was just not a great “service” vibe. Bizarre. Room was clean but smallish. "

"The location is fantastic. It's only 2 minutes walked from Roma Termini station. Close to Mercato Centrale and shopping areas. Staff was friendly and helpful. They provided excellent customer service. Room was great and clean. Breakfast was great. Highly recommended!"
