"I did not like the fact that they do not provide any drinking cups in the rooms. You have to go to the office lobby, which in our case was quite a walk since the hotel is quite spread out. Also microwaves are not provided in the rooms. Another walk to the Lobby to use a "community microwave". But the rooms do have little refrigerators. They told me at the office that "Spark" hotels are Hilton's version of a basic hotel. I wondered since this is a basic hotel why it's not priced in the $75.00 range like a Motel 6. Why not have these deficiencies more clearly stated in the advertising. I was disappointed. "

"I was satisfied but house keeping should be everyday or when a person needs it no one likes to get up leave there room and come backbfeom a long day to see bed not made dirty towels and rags trash in trash can but other than that loved it"

"The facilities were exceptional for the cost. My only 2 complaints were the blankets were rather light and didn't provide much warmth, and there were moldy coffee grounds left in the coffee pot. Everything else was great and I will stay there again next time I visit Fayetteville."

"Bed comforter had cigarette burns in it so I refuse to sleep under it and the pool had something floating in it so didn’t swim and room was ok for a night sleep but wouldn’t stay there anymore the vibe was very sketchy "

"The front desk person, Trinity, was AMAZING. The hotel itself is absolutely disgusting. Nothing was vaccummed. There were wipes under one mattress and food under another. Trinity tried her hardest to reconcile our issues. We were moved two times and it was awful. There is construction going on, which is completely okay, however the pictures online look NOTHING like the current hotel. AT ALL. I would recommend Teinity to anyone and everyone but the hotel... heck no."

"Clean room with full size fridge, microwave and 2 eye range. reasonable price, great staff who are very helpful. They were knowledgeable and quick to respond when I needed them and they didn’t disturb my peace during my time of hardship. They respected my privacy and created a peaceful environment for me to work through my crisis. "
