No restaurant within the hotel, no robes for the bathroom, my hotel door didn't really lock all the way so I had to push a table and chairs against the door at night, the only food available is if you order through uber or doordash and have to pick up in the lobby since dashers aren't allowed to bring directly to the room. I booked through expedia and one of the male staff members charged my credit card again for the already payed reservation when checking in, luckily I noticed it the next day, the remainder of the staff and management were quick to fix it once I brought it up, refunded amount still pending on my account $700. I will say the staff and management were very friendly and nice, very personable and helpful. The room was very spacious and was clean.

Excellent Stay definitely at 10!!
We enjoyed staying here. They accommodated us with everything we asked for. The staff was professional and friendly. We felt welcomed and appreciated there The room was comfy, clean, room and really just wonderful. We love the firepit out in the courtyard.
