"The staff is fantastic. They communicated with us before our arrival, asked what we needed and wanted, organized for us the airport shuttle and then trfansportation to the see port. The breakfast and dinner were good. The tables are with the Acropolis view. The location is perfect. The only problem - the hotel is under construction, it's a bit noisy, that's why we rated it 4 stars."

"We stayed at the Grand Hyatt Athens for 13 nights and had a wonderful experience overall. The location was excellent for getting around Athens, and Uber service was very convenient from the hotel. There was also a fantastic restaurant directly across the street called Pilot that we really enjoyed during our stay. The hotel itself was very clean, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. The lobby was elegant and inviting, and the staff throughout the hotel were consistently kind, attentive, and helpful. We especially enjoyed the spa area and used it several times during our visit. The facilities included a steam room, sauna, indoor lap pool, rooftop pool, and another pool on the first floor. Everything was spotless and beautifully kept. The rooftop area also offers a gorgeous view of Athens, which made it a very relaxing place to spend time. The only small disappointment was that the hot tub was not actually hot, and we were told there was nothing they could do about it due to safety reasons. Also, while the rooftop restaurant had a beautiful atmosphere and stunning views, the menu choices were somewhat limited and the food was quite expensive, so we only ate there once. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend the Grand Hyatt Athens to others visiting the city. We had a lovely experience and really have no major complaints whatsoever."
