"We had a very good room with a view on Skanderbeg Square. We had two problems upon arrival: the room was very good but the safe and the telephone in the room did not work. It take two hours for the hotel staff trying to fix them without success. They refused to change the room for us. After long discussions they told us that they receive the permit to change the room. It seems that the reception staff has no authority to deal with such simple problem without asking OK from a manager!...
